What I'm doing now
Updated 3 November 2026, from Exeter. A now page: what I'm focused on this month, not a life story.
Property
Still buying in the north east, mostly south of the Tyne: before auction, and straight from owners. A few refurbs on the go this autumn. One house in Peterlee completed in October after the owner spotted my board outside another refurb and rang the number on it. That's the kind of buying I like.
Speaking
Devon PIN at Kennford in September was the last one. I'm open to invitations for 2027: property groups, business meet-ups, anywhere people want it straight. The speaker page for this site, with the reel and the topics, is next on the list.
Cycling
The autumn rides are going up on CyclingWithEd, full and uncut, with the best bits as short clips. The 45 mph descents are doing the numbers. The 600 watt climbs, less so.
Mods
The RenacidaMods edition of Magic Carpet 2 HD reached version 0.5 on 29 October. FAT3D, the Fatal Racing rebuild, is the next one. All of it is at renacidamods.edparker.uk.
This site
edparker.uk went up in November 2026 as a first version: the home page, this page and the links page. Story, speaking, cycling and mods pages follow as the photos and footage come in.
